17 000-21 000 PLN net (B2B), 14 100-17 400 PLN gross (employment contract)

We are looking for an experienced, business-minded Department Manager with a knowledge of the Internet/e-commerce industry. The person in this position manages the work of a department implementing e-commerce technologies, consisting of teams of specialists and Project Managers. Department management requires subject matter expertise, leadership skills and the ability to identify the most effective solutions for our clients.


  • Effective and comprehensive management of the work of the department and its teams/projects.
  • Planning and optimizing the resources required to deliver projects.
  • Planning, monitoring and managing the budget of the project portfolio.
  • Taking care of the profitability of the department, ensuring that all projects are carried out on schedule, on budget and to the quality set.
  • Defining and implementing improvements in the department's work area consistent with company goals and policies.
  • Working closely with the Board of Directors and COO, CTO, CSM, HR.
  • Cooperation with HR in the area of salaries and development paths of department employees.
  • Supporting teams in optimizing work methods.
  • Supporting and coordination of the work of Project Managers, monitoring the progress of projects implemented in the department.
  • Participating in discussions with customers, in order to better understand the business expectations that the team should meet.
  • Taking care of good relations within teams, their integration within the department, flow and knowledge exchange between teams.
  • Conducting feedbacks with team members in the department.


  • Min. 2 years of experience in managing a team of Project Managers.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in IT project management.
  • Fluent English language (minimum level C1).
  • Fluent Polish language.
  • Knowledge of business and technical aspects of the e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently plan resources, financial planning, controlling and reporting.
  • Understanding of technologies that are used in our organization.
  • Ability to make quick decisions to improve work practices.
  • Skill in setting expectations to meet individual employee goals.
  • Ability to optimize the allocation of existing resources, evaluate and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build good relationships.
  • Experience in working in dynamic work environments and ability to respond quickly to business changes.
