We are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our company in Krakow. Your key role is to support decision making by collecting and monitoring information on profit and loss, project margins and liquidity for a dynamically growing Group. If you have a strong financial background and are keen to develop further while having actual impact on decision making and enhancing financial processes, this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly individual and consolidated financial reports in English
- Coordination of budgeting process
- Driving financial processes’ improvement and alignment across the Group
- Cash flow forecasting and cash management
- Support decision making, ad-hoc analysis
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Liaising with banks, auditors and advisors
- Participation in financial analysis processes for merger and acquisition
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1/C2)
- Good understanding of accounting principles, budgeting and consolidation
- Literacy in accounting and reporting IT tools (Excel, Power BI, Symfonia or other)
- Great analytical skills to consume lots of numbers while maintaining big picture
- Team worker with well-developed collaboration skills
- Self- starter with proactive approach
- Readiness to work in a changing environment, which requires your participation in developing standards
- The need for co-creation of future processes and their shape
Nice to have:
- Experience in an international environment
- Knowledge of IFRS
