For Strix, we are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, business-oriented, with practical knowledge of the Internet / e-commerce industry. This role includes creating and supervising all marketing activities of the company on the Polish and foreign market. The person in this position will report directly to the company's CEO. We expect her to have exceptional passion, extensive substantive knowledge, analytical thinking and the ability to identify the most effective solutions generating sales and recruitment leads.   • Marketing, communication and PR management on the domestic and international markets
  • Team management and expansion of the marketing department
  • Creating and implementing a global marketing strategy
  • Creating solutions that allow for the effective generation of sales and recruitment leads
  • Budget planning and cost controlling
  • Implementation and active use of marketing automation solutions
  • Creating activities in social media and content marketing
  • Supervision over activities in the area of ​​SEO / SEM
  • Analysis of the effectiveness and profitability of individual advertising campaigns and tools used
  • Managing cooperation with external subcontractors (content specialists, graphic designers, etc.)
  • Online marketing (including recruitment)
  • Cooperation with the HR department in the context of internal and external events
  • Co-creating the EB plan in the organization
  • Implementation of KPIs and their ongoing monitoring

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce / IT industry as a Manager
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of digital marketing issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills
  • Very good understanding of issues related to marketing analytics
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English
