QA Technical Manager

salary range
20 000-24 000 PLN net (B2B), 16 600-20 000 PLN gross (employment contract)

We are looking for an experienced QA Technical Manager business oriented, with a knowledge of the Internet / e-commerce industry. The person in this position will be responsible for managing the QA team at the level of the entire organization. It will have a real impact on creating world-class e-commerce solutions for our clients. From QA Technical Manager, we expect substantive knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to identify and implement the most effective solutions for projects implemented in the organization.


  • Managing the QA team and its expansion.
  • Designing, implementing and monitoring the QA process in the organization.
  • Recommending and supervising the implementation of tools and solutions for projects implemented in the organization.
  • Collaboration with PHP / JS Architects on the level of tool selection and production concepts.
  • Active participation in audits of ongoing and new projects.
  • Cooperation with the management team in the field of quality assurance strategies.
  • Continuous optimization of the production process and the quality level of implemented projects.
  • Taking care of the development of the competences of the QA team, sharing knowledge.
  • Participation in the recruitment process.
  • Defining quality measures and supporting the QA engineer in enforcing the above.


  • Experience in building / transforming the QA department.
  • The ability to optimize / modify the existing software development processes in accordance with the Quality Assurance vision developed together with Managers.
  • The ability to prepare and enforce the development roadmap of Specialists.
  • Experience testing projects on Magento 2 (or a comparable e-commerce platform).
  • Understanding the architecture of implemented e-commerce systems (Headless).
  • Understanding the technologies used in the organization: PHP (Zend, Symfony), JS (Vue 3, Nuxt 3, TypeScript), and integration issues (GraphQL, Rest).
  • Knowledge of tools and practical ability to use the stack used in the QA process.
  • Technical Analyst of ISTQB tests (advanced level welcome).
  • Knowledge of optimization of web projects.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
