Are you a true talent hunter, experienced in recruiting job candidates in the fast-changing IT industry, and have excellent communication skills in German? Join us to work as an IT Recruiter&Sourcer! We are looking for a person who knows out-of-the-box sourcing methods, never gives up and has exceptional communication skills. If you are passionate about e-commerce, join us!


  • Independently lead recruitment processes in the IT field, including actively seeking the best talent in the German and Polish markets.
  • Ensuring the best candidate experience in the recruitment process, from first contact to hiring.
  • Taking care of updating and quality control of data in the recruitment system.
  • Building relationships that will help you effectively perform tasks both within the HR team and with people from other areas of the organization.
  • Actively participating in Employer Branding activities (meetings, conferences, job fairs, etc.).


  • Knowledge of German and Polish at the level of min. B2 allowing to freely conduct recruitment interviews and take notes.
  • Experience in the area of IT recruitment.
  • Practical knowledge of marketing tools and social-media channels to help you attract the best talent.
  • Knowledge of "out of the box" tools and methods used in direct search.
  • Excellent organization of work and ability to conduct many different projects simultaneously.
  • Above-average communication and social skills.
  • Proactive mindset, positive personality, striving for continuous development and improvement.

Nice to have:

  • English language skills of min. B2.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
