People Partner Specialist

salary range
8 000 - 10 000 PLN net (B2B), 6 500 - 8 300 PLN gross (employment contract)
Working mainly remotely, with an openness to come to the office if required.

  • Support Delivery Managers in processes related to the employee's life in the organisation (preonboarding, onboarding, performance issues, performance appraisals, conflict situations, motivation and development interviews, individual meetings with employees, promotion questions, etc.).
  • Work closely with the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies, initiatives and processes.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team in planning recruitment needs.
  • Co-create reports based on metrics (turnover, turnover, absenteeism, job performance, etc.).
  • Monitoring employees in terms of job satisfaction, well-being and work-life balance.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback on employee development and needs.
  • Recommending and implementing needed HR tools and improvements.
  • Building and developing close relationships with employees - being the first point of contact for them.
  • Resolving a variety of issues and problems effectively using existing company policies, available expertise, knowledge of procedures, social skills.
  • Building employee engagement.
  • Organizing training and courses for employees.
  • Building a positive employer image inside and outside the organization.
  • Monitoring market trends, providing data, and sharing this knowledge.

Job requirements:

  • Experience in a position with similar responsibilities, in a technology or e-commerce company.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the area of soft HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding ability to build relationships with both managers and employees based on trust.
  • Ability to actively listen and empathize with employees' needs.
  • Ability to think analytically and critically to assess human resource issues, identify root causes and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to recommend decisions and draw conclusions, especially when dealing with sensitive employee issues or organizational challenges.
  • Ability to deal with and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive employee information and HR matters.
  • Very good work organization, ability to work independently and prioritize.
  • Ability to gather recruitment needs and define the profile of the candidate(s) sought.
  • English language at a minimum B2 level (free communication).

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Atlassian (jira, confluence).
  • Knowledge of HR systems, survey tools, and employee satisfaction monitoring.
  • Knowledge of labor law.
