At Strix we are looking for a Systems Analyst who brings together the needs of business and IT on a daily basis. The person in this position has an important role in the team as he/she ensures that the most effective solutions are found for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Collection, analysis and modelling of system requirements (functional and non-functional) based on business processes and available documentation in an agile project environment.
- Participation in analytical and technical workshops.
- Designing technical solutions based on current trends in the e-commerce market.
- Conducting a project road-map including iterative changes.
- Liaising with stakeholders, business analysts, development team and end users at every stage of the project, from launch to implementation.
- Maintaining analytical documentation of the project.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years' experience working as a Systems Analyst in the IT industry.
- Highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take a holistic approach to a problem.
- Understanding of technology issues, relating to IT architectures where systems integrate with each other.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce industry (Magento/Shopware/PIM).
- Ability to document processes (nice to have: BPMN / BPM / UML).
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (mainly Jira and Confluence).
- Knowledge of English at min. B2.
- Knowledge of Polish at min. B2.
