For Strix we are looking for a goal-oriented, strategically thinking Manager to help us build a Delivery Centre. The role requires a seasoned professional with strong experience in nearshoring, deep network of talent sources in countries such as Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Romania and more.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing of a nearshoring strategy.
Creating Delivery Center Staff and accountability for that.
Holding most of the Production FTEs.
Delivery Center resource management, including budgeting, resource allocation and capacity planning.
Cooperation with Group in terms of staffing needs.
Supporting actively sales cases.
Cooperating with HR Team.
Executing Growth Strategy.
Understanding business mechanics like revenue, costs, margin and how they are collected (financial KPI’s).

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience on IT Production or HR Roles.
At least 2 years of experience on leadership roles.
Experience in implementing a nearshoring strategy.
Experience of working with international teams and understanding their cultures of work.
Highly developed negotiation, communication and management skills.
Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the e-commerce industry.
