We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy, and self-driven IT Recruitment Team Leader to join our team! This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter, who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team.

You'll be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company as well as delivering on key metrics that have been given to you.


  • Independently source the best candidates and manage complex recruitment processes.
  • Creating and building the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company.
  • Leading the team of 3 recruitment specialists including supporting and developing the team through regular communication and planning.
  • Innovating hiring practices by using new methods or channels. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly.
  • Motivating the team to ensure a high Candidate Experience.
  • Monitoring market trends in hiring practices and ensuring our strategy is in line with the market.
  • Attending events and representing the company at HR-related events. Networking is a key skill for this role.
  • Managing all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
  • Preparation of monthly reports on the team's activities.
  • Developing relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.


  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in IT company, especially e-commerce software house.
  • Experience in report writing.
  • Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken).
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.).
  • Experience in working with recruiting tools: ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Experience in working with Jira.
  • Ability to motivate employees.
  • Ability to work independently, skill at setting priorities, and reliability at meeting deadlines.
  • Practical knowledge of how to measure the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the recruitment process.
