Looking for the next step as a Marketing Manager? At Strix, we are looking for a top person with at least 5 years' experience in marketing. You are ready for your next challenge to make a difference for us.

We are an ambitious agency and want to become the commerce agency of Europe. You play a crucial role in this! As Marketing Manager, you will translate our marketing strategy into concrete actions and activities. You will implement a content and marketing plan, write compelling case studies, news articles, press releases and blog posts. Drafting and maintaining the content and marketing calendar and the further development of the website fall under your responsibility. As is setting up campaigns with the aim of lead generation.

You are a great organiser, and these skills come in handy when organising events such as webinars, live events and our participation in existing events.

You will be responsible for the marketing of Strix NL and work with the European marketing team. In the Netherlands, you will work in the team of our Director of Growth Frank. With your proven track record as Marketing Manager, you are ready to achieve our ambitious goals.

What we ask

A completed degree, for example CMD or communications, at HBO or WO level;
At least five years' experience as a marketing manager;
At home in the digital and/or e-commerce world;
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media;
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4);
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English;
Proactive, self-starting, stress-resistant and good at prioritizing;
Organisationally strong with excellent planning skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Looker Studio;
Practical knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads;
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager;
Experience working for an agency.
