Your mission
- You take the lead and responsibility for the development and implementation of innovative headless frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular
- You strategically integrate headless CMS (e.g. Contentful, Strapi) and APIs to deliver dynamic content
- You work closely with backend developers and design teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- You continuously optimize and scale the performance and usability of our web applications
- Drive best practices in responsive design and device and browser compatibility
- You evaluate and introduce new technologies and best practices in the frontend area
- You support and train junior developers (m/f/d) and other team members
- You are passionate about our mission: "To shape companies for the future of commerce"
You should have
- You have experience with Git, GitHub and GitHub Actions
- You have knowledge of automated deployments
- You are already familiar with the planning and implementation of e-commerce solutions, ideally with Shopware
- You are familiar with headless architectures, ideally with Shopware frontends
- You have a strong focus on reusability
- You have experience working with REST APIs, Bonus: GraphQL
- You have extensive and long-standing knowledge of working with frontend frameworks, especially Vue.js and React, and are able to pass on this knowledge effectively
- You are proficient in German and English at B2 level or higher
- Independent work, even in complex projects and architectures, is no problem for you
- You have already gained experience in agile teams
- You enjoy active participation in retros, dailies and refinements
- You focus on improvements and refactorings
- You are familiar with testing strategies and logging strategies
- You have relevant professional experience in frontend development, including at least 4 years in headless CMS and API integrations
- You have extensive experience with performance optimization and security aspects in the frontend
- You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- You are a strong communicator and team player
- You are enthusiastic about your work and have the desire to change things and tackle new things: “We are pushing boundaries in commerce”
- Nice to have: Knowledge of backend technologies, especially PHP and Symfony
