Who we are looking for


As Senior Sales Manager (Shopify), you will become the relevant commercial voice of our Shopify sales process. We successfully migrate complex shops to Shopify and develop them strategically. This allows us to grow with Shopify, and you can make an active contribution here.

Your responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for the entire process from SQL (inbound, partner, event): qualification, discovery, pitch lead, and deal management.
  • You will coordinate our consultants, tech specialists, and partners and confidently guide customers through complex decisions.
  • You will establish realistic price ranges and clear decision-making frameworks.
  • You will ensure that customers trust, understand, and sign because they feel that you know what you are talking about.
  • You will work closely with Shopify, ERP/PIM integrators, and app partners—co-selling is a central part of your work.
  • You will continue to develop our sales approach in teamwork and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.

Your profile

  • 5–8+ years of experience in commerce sales, including Shopify sales.
  • Several years of Shopify experience (agency or in-house) with the technical depth to provide confident advice.
  • Experience with complex e-commerce projects (migration, B2B, ERP/PIM integrations).
  • Strong moderation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to set realistic price indications—without overpromising.
  • German at C1 level, confident English skills in a professional context.
  • Willingness to travel for pitches, partner events, and team meetings.
  • Important: We are not looking for pure hunter profiles without tech/Shopify understanding or project managers without sales expertise.
