Who we are looking for
As a Customer Engagement Consultant (m/f/d), you will support leading brands in building and developing sustainable customer relationships. You will develop data-driven strategies along the entire customer journey – from marketing automation and personalization to loyalty programs – and use modern tools to measurably improve customer experiences.
Your tasks
- Several years of experience in strategic consulting, marketing automation or CRM/loyalty environments – ideally in e-commerce.
- Safe handling of tools such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Voucherify, Nosto or similar platforms
- Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, data logics and automation strategies.
- Analytical thinking skills to interpret KPIs and derive recommendations for action.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in guiding and developing customers through complex topics.
- Self-initiative and a structured way of working in an interdisciplinary environment.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience in the e-commerce or digital consulting field.
- Solid knowledge of CRM, automation and retention strategies .
- Technical understanding of tools such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, and Nosto.
- Analytical thinking, initiative and strong communication skills.
