Senior E-Commerce Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Senior E-Commerce Consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital growth strategies for leading brands. You’ll advise clients on e-commerce performance, marketing automation, and loyalty programs across platforms like Shopware and Shopify.

Your Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven e-commerce strategies and growth roadmaps.
Manage and optimize marketing automation systems (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp).
Design and execute customer retention and loyalty programs (Voucherify, Influence.io).
Enhance personalization through tools like Nosto.
Collaborate closely with internal and client teams on strategic and operational levels.

Your Profile

3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital consulting.
Strong expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and retention strategies.
Technical understanding of tools like Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Nosto.
Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
