Chocolatemakers nominated for a Dutch Interactive Award

O

ur client Chocolatemakers has been nominated for a Dutch Interactive Award in the E-commerce category. The DIAs, organised by Emerce and Dutch Digital Agencies, are the leading Dutch recognition for digital excellence, and a nomination in the e-commerce category is a testament to the platform we built together on Shopify Plus.

The platform combines B2C, retail and corporate gifting in one integrated environment, fully tailored to the complex customer structure of Chocolatemakers and built for the growth phase the brand is now firmly in.

And Chocolatemakers is growing fast. The company recently announced that Chocolatemakers, including its existing brand CLARO, and Hands Off will join forces as The Chocolate Impact Group. From their factory in Amsterdam's harbour, they want to bring their way of working (high quality, single origin cacao and fair payment for farmers) to more shelves, more people and more impact. Same dedication, same chocolate, bigger ambitions. With a joint revenue target of 20 million euros by 2030, the future looks bright.

We're super proud of the collaboration! On April 10th, we'll be presenting the project together to the DIA jury and on May 28th, the awards ceremony takes place at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam. Fingers crossed!
