Team-building meeting for all Strixers in the heart of Cracow!

O

n the 16th of June in Krakow a team-building meeting for all Strixers took place! Teams from Poland, the Netherlands and Germany had a chance to get to know each other better by playing city games, bowling and having fun till the morning!

Integration of teams from Poland, the Netherlands and Germany

This integration meeting was unique. For the first time, we had the opportunity to meet Strixers from all 3 offices - Poland, the Netherlands and Germany. We often write here about our business successes: new clients, partners, projects, conferences and webinars, but behind each of these achievements are the people who make their knowledge and experience available to us. Teamwork is in our DNA and is one of our most essential values, which is why we believe that getting to know each other better and spending time together is what makes an effective and happy international company!

A city game in the scenery of Krakow

The first part of our team-building meeting was a city game. Divided into teams, we had to solve puzzles, overcome obstacles and look for hidden places in 3 game scenarios. Each task required different skills and competencies and we could only solve them by working together - just like in our everyday work! We admit that we approached the game quite daringly, and some tasks proved to be really difficult. However, all the teams coped brilliantly and the fight was fierce until the very end. We are glad that our colleagues, who do not live in Krakow every day, were able to get to know its most beautiful corners thanks to the city game.

Bowling for those thirsty for competition

After an intensive run around the city and solving puzzles, it was time for a bit of relaxation. We played a game of bowling in the great space of Plac Nowy 1 in Krakow's Kazimierz district.

Chatting over drinks and delicious food

Many Strixers work from different cities and countries, and team-building meetings are a chance to see people with whom we often collaborate on projects or see each other during online meetings. We are pleased to see that the people in our company are not only colleagues but also colleagues who enjoy each other's company.

Plans for the future!

Company meetings are always a great opportunity to align knowledge and talk about plans for the future! It's amazing to watch the company grow year after year and see our goals becoming reality. We hope that we will meet in an even bigger group at the next company meeting to celebrate more successes!
